About the Festival
Its December in the North and its cold and damp. But as always the team at Kirklees Council put on some good shows. Personally I thought not enough street performance in this years offering and a reliance on lasers and lights instead of the major performance we expect to see at Huddersfield. However it may the way of the future as bad weather has caused the cancellation of a couple of the big shows in the past few years. Good street music in a range of styles plus lots of food stalls, and some good comedy. Lets have more performers on the street next year.
